I provide individual, couples, and family therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, low self-esteem, and BIPOC-specific issues such as difficulty maneuvering through systematic oppression. I tailor each of my sessions to the individual and their needs. I greatly value a person-centered approach toward therapy where a compassionate therapeutic relationship is most important. Techniques I specialize in are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Buddhist Psychology.
