Tessa Trask, MA LPC | Full Circle Wellness LLC | I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in Charleston, South Carolina. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach in working one on one with individuals, specifically adolescents and adult women, to address their treatment goals. I specialize primarily in treating trauma, as well as the anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief and transitions that often come along with experiencing trauma. I received my Master's of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Citadel's Graduate College in 2015, before spending three years working with survivors of interpersonal trauma at a non-profit crisis center in Beaufort, South Carolina. I am formally trained in the Cognitive-Behavioral perspective, but I utilize an eclectic and holistic approach in practice, combining elements of mindfulness, coaching and embodied work to create a unique, tailored approach for each client. For new clients, I offer one free fifteen-minute phone consultation call, followed by a 75-minute initial intake session ($200). I offer 50-minute individual follow-up counseling sessions at a rate of $150 per session. I am private pay only at this time, but I am willing to provide the documentation required for clients to request reimbursement from their insurance providers on their own. I am only seeing clients virtually at this time. My HIPPA compliant online client portal via Simple Practice makes it really easy for clients to log on to our video Telehealth sessions from their phones, tablets and computers. There is no shame in asking for help, but I know just how difficult taking that step can be! You are so brave for coming this far. Let's take it step by step together.
