Tree of Life Art Therapy Practice Description
I am a Healing-Centered and trauma informed practitioner trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and AIR (Adaptive Internal Relational) Network Therapy. I combine these therapies in a unique way with art therapy. I am able to empower you to move through your healing process in a compassionate way. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC) and completed my master’s degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy at the American Art Therapy Association (AATA) approved Adler Graduate School in Minnesota. In addition, I am an adjunct faculty member for Adler Graduate School and am an art therapy supervisor. Through my teaching and supervision, I have a passion for giving back to new art therapists and the art therapy community!
