Life transitions, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationships, and inner self-doubt can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and uncertain about the future. Many people come to me after years of trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling underneath the surface. You may appear “fine” on the outside while internally feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of your next step. You don’t have to navigate that alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients can slow down, gain clarity, process emotional challenges, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded and authentic way. My coaching style is intuitive, practical, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based. Together, we work to better understand the patterns, stress, beliefs, and life experiences that may be impacting your confidence, relationships, emotional well-being, or sense of direction. Treatment Approach

  • Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
  • Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.

  • Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Helps clients challenge and replace irrational beliefs. It is an action-oriented approach for lasting change.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach integrates trauma-informed coaching, mindfulness, emotional awareness, stress reduction techniques, and practical life and career coaching. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work collaboratively with each client to better understand the emotional patterns, stress responses, life experiences, and internal challenges that may be contributing to overwhelm, uncertainty, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck. Sessions may focus on emotional resilience, confidence building, mindfulness and grounding techniques, stress management, relationship and boundary challenges, life and career transitions, work-life balance, self-awareness, and reconnecting with purpose and direction. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and forward-moving space where clients feel emotionally safe, understood, empowered, and better equipped to create meaningful and lasting change.
