I specialize in working with adults with anxiety, depression, and behavioral/emotional challenges. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC), Board-Certified Dance/Movement therapist (BCDMT) and a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (C-DBT). I take a holistic, person centered approach to therapy emphasizing the mind/body/spirit connection while incorporating teaching the fundamental DBT skills. Currently I am only offering Telehealth services.
