Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: I approach every client with openness, curiosity, and a deep respect for their unique journey. My work is rooted in emotional intelligence, helping clients become more aware of the unconscious patterns that shape their behaviour and decisions.
Drawing from Jungian psychology, Process-Oriented Psychology, Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, NLP, and Conversational Hypnotherapy, I weave together different therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are. These methods allow us to explore the hidden dynamics at play in your life, unconscious behaviours running in the background that may be keeping you stuck.
I believe in creating a space where you can feel safe to explore, understand, and ultimately love yourself for who you truly are. Through this process, you’ll develop the self-awareness and tools needed to shift patterns, break free from limiting beliefs, and step into a more empowered, authentic way of living.
This work isn’t about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It’s about uncovering the deeper wisdom within you, helping you integrate all parts of yourself, and supporting you in making choices that align with the life and relationships you truly want.
If you’re ready to explore, get curious, and create meaningful change, I’d love to work with you.

I've been working with clients for five years, starting in coaching before realising I wanted to deepen my approach. This led me to Process-Oriented Psychology, which, combined with a trauma-informed perspective, transformed how I support people. Now, I offer more meaningful and impactful guidance, helping clients truly understand themselves and shift their behaviour in relationships—especially around infidelity.
I believe we all hold the answers to what keeps us stuck or holds us back. My role is to help you access that wisdom, creating a session that works with your unique brilliance to move you toward the life and happiness you want.
For me, the relationship between therapist and client is fundamental to healing. I bring my training in trauma-informed Processwork psychotherapy, along with my experience in Professional Recovery Coaching and facilitation, to create a safe, supportive space. This work is about empowerment—exploring the unconscious tendencies that shape our behaviour and hold valuable messages for growth.
In our sessions, we’ll work through your present experiences, helping you connect with, understand, and care for the parts of you that may be stuck in the past, in pain, or feeling isolated. With my background in facilitation, group work, and therapy, I’m here to support you in reconnecting with yourself, uncovering your truth, and breaking free from the patterns that no longer serve you.
If you're struggling with infidelity, emotional disconnection, or communication issues, I can help. Together, we’ll explore your behaviour, break unhealthy cycles, and work toward creating a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
Are you ready to stop repeating the same patterns and start making real change? If so, get in touch—I’d love to support you on your journey.
