I am an Asian-Latina therapist and I love to work with adults and couples, especially couples with difficult communication, new moms & new dads, and adults dealing with loneliness and isolation. My clients work with me on things like coping with infertility, overcoming postpartum depression, turning ADHD into a superpower, workplace issues & career pivots, rebuilding identity after a life transition, recovering from people-pleasing, reducing anxiety, and exploring culture and healing from race-related trauma. I combine approaches like DBT & CBT with boundary creation.
