Over the past few years online therapy has enabled a greater number of people to seek psychological support. If you are living in a remote area, where it is difficult or impossible to find a psychologist/psychotherapist; if these services are unaffordable where you live; or if you are in any way restricted in leaving your home in order to attend a face-to-face appointment, online therapy might be the right thing for you.
I offer online consultations and on-going psychotherapy for individuals based anywhere in Europe (including the United Kingdom). I typically offer an initial meeting, or a set of appointments, in order to get to know you and your circumstances better.
In some instances I might advise against online therapy - if you need adjacent psychiatric support; or the support of other healthcare professionals, which might necessitate a more integrated approach to your care and regular communication between those supporting you.
