I have experience in working with adults and teens struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and loss. Each client receives a unique approach specific to their situation and needs. My therapeutic approach is to integrate a variety of modalities to help you connect with your healthiest self, I utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed, approaches with clients.
