I am trained in The Gottman Couples Method, a science-based method developed by John and Julie Gottman. John Gottman created the Love Lab in the 1970’s where he studied real couples. The result was that he could predict with 90% accuracy who would stay together and who would divorce and why. Because of this, it is a highly effective method of helping couples remedy the problems that have developed in their relationships, and I have seen how effective it is in my own practice.
