Approach Description: I’ll create an impartial, safe space for you to have the difficult conversations you avoid the rest of the week. I want you to rediscover the friendship and intimacy that made it fun to be together. I am trained in The Gottman Method for couples which is very helpful with reconnection, communication and conflict resolution. I have been married for over 30 years and bring with me a wealth of lived experience. I’m direct but kind, serious but like a laugh and welcome all emotions. I welcome all people and am gender affirming, body size positive and BIPOC, LGBTQ+ allied.
