As your therapist, I help you move from disconnection to connection. I invite you to identify your core desires in your relationship and how you want to feel with each other. We gently explore patterns in your relationship and learn how to create a more positive cycle of interaction. Drawing on my training in mindfulness-based, experiential therapy, I also guide you and your partner through interactive exercises so you have new, reparative experiences in session with each other.
This type of therapy fosters deeper connection and healing that includes body, mind and spirit.
