We are bombarded with how we are supposed to do this thing called life, our values, appearance, views and so on are brought into question and there feels like there is no escape from it. What this can bring about is a fear of being seen, a fear of not getting it right, or not fitting in. We can start to question the safety of being out in the world where others might see that you are doing it wrong - or more realistic not doing it how they would. It can bring limitations in your life which stop you from doing what you want, stop you from connecting with others, stop you getting the most out of each day.
