Aleksei Panov
Registered Psychotherapist, MA Psy, MS Psy, RP
I am a registered psychotherapist with experience over 15 years in psychotherapy and counselling. I work with individuals and couples. I specialize in working with anxiety, anger, depression, lack of motivation, and hopelessness. I am also very experienced in teaching communication skills and negotiations.
Everything is possible if you work on it, so I am focused on solutions and actions in practice. I try to be creative and use evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches.
My sessions are focused on results, but I use a deep understanding and analysis of the roots of the issues. I have a background in CBT, psychoanalysis and psychodynamic techniques.

Ummayah Sidhu
Counsellor/Therapist, Ummayah Sidhu | BACP Accredited Psychotherapist | Identity & Heritage Specialist
THERAPY FOR THE GLOBAL SELF: NAVIGATING IDENTITY, HERITAGE, AND CHANGE
In my 10+ years of practice, I’ve found that the most profound healing happens when you don't have to 'translate' your life to be understood. I provide a culturally fluent, trauma-informed space where your whole story including your heritage and global journey is respected as the foundation of our work.
Who I Work With:
The Global Self: Individuals navigating the "between worlds" struggle of expat life or dual-heritage identity.
Cultural Transitions: Those experiencing the exhaustion of burnout, grief, or the "shape-shifting" required to meet community expectations.
Meaning Seekers: People looking to move beyond symptom management toward genuine personal agency and clarity.
My Background & Lived Experience:
As a Muslim revert who has lived and worked in the Middle East, I bring a personal understanding of the unique pressures of raising children across cultures and the complex tug-of-war between tradition and personal identity. I offer a space where faith traditions and diverse worldviews are deeply respected.

John Castleford
Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MIAEB, FRAI
I have been a psychotherapist and mental health coach for many years, and I now specialise almost exclusively in helping those with, or recovering from, cancer. It's a debilitating disease that I have experienced twice, so I know at first hand the effect it can have on the quality of life and particularly how it makes us feel -- either as a reaction to being diagnosed and undergoing treatment, or when in remission as a survivor, the fear of it recurring.
I can also help family members and close friends, who often feel helpless bystanders.
We have all experienced our feelings dominating what we think, and what we do. But heightened emotions stop us thinking clearly. And that can often lead us to feel out of control.
Unlike many therapists, I do not believe that the adverse effect on our thinking and our behaviour from a life-changing event like cancer is a dysfunctional flaw or a disorder that needs treatment. Typical reactions to cancer --anxiety, fear, stress and low mood -- are part of life. Why cancer often triggers is a range of reactions: shock and denial; Shock and denial that it is happening. Coping with fear, anxiety and panic can be difficult, particularly as mood swings may frequently change. Feelings of sadness may range from low moof to extreme depression.
Ultimately we know, at a rational level, that we are mortal. But we also have we also have a very strong instinct to survive. We want to live. And enjoy life. Cancer is not the death sentence it once was.
I can help you come to terms with the reality as well as the inevitable perceptions that may influence you. And I can help you to flourish, rather than just cope and survive.
