- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.

Approach Description: A Collaborative and Integrative Path to Healing - I work from an integrative and person-centred perspective, which means I don’t believe in a "one size fits all" model. Instead, I draw from a variety of therapeutic traditions to tailor our sessions to your unique personality and specific needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you feel truly heard and understood from our very first meeting.
How We Will Work Together In our sessions, we will focus on three main areas to help you move forward:
1. Understanding the Present: We will look at the thoughts and patterns currently causing you distress, particularly those related to Anxiety, and develop immediate, practical tools to help you manage your symptoms.
2. Exploring the Roots: When you feel ready, we may gently explore the underlying causes of your struggles, helping you gain insight into why you feel the way you do and how to break long-standing cycles.
3. Holistic Grounding: I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We will incorporate grounding techniques, such as mindfulness and nervous system regulation, to help you find stability outside of our sessions.
A Focus on Meaning and Choice My work is also deeply informed by existential themes, focusing on helping you find a sense of meaning, purpose, and personal agency in the face of life's uncertainties. Whether we are navigating a major life transition or processing past trauma, my approach is always collaborative—you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to provide the professional support and tools to help you flourish.

- Online Therapy Details: As a UK-based therapist with a senior background in international wellbeing leadership, I provide a secure, high-standard online practice for clients worldwide. I utilize a GDPR-compliant, browser-based video platform that requires no downloads, ensuring absolute confidentiality and ease of use. My approach bridges clinical excellence with somatic tools like EFT (tapping), offering a flexible and expert space for healing, whether you are in the UK or navigating life overseas.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by constant worry or find yourself "stuck" in cycles of fear, you don’t have to navigate this alone. Anxiety can often feel like a loud, persistent noise that makes it hard to focus on what truly matters. Whether you are struggling with social anxiety, the weight of chronic stress, or the physical toll of a health challenge, I provide a warm and non-judgmental space where we can work together to quiet that noise and help you regain a sense of calm and control.
My approach is down-to-earth and deeply human. I believe that therapy should feel like a supportive conversation, not a clinical assessment. Together, we will look at the patterns that keep you feeling anxious and develop practical, grounding tools that help you manage your nervous system and feel more "at home" in your daily life.
My Personal Approach to Wellbeing I practice what I teach. To maintain my own balance and focus, I find my release in daily prayer, walking and hiking through nature, and the mindful process of making fresh herbal teas. These personal rituals of grounding and reflection inform my therapeutic work, helping me bring a calm, steady presence to our sessions.
How We’ll Work Together Using a secure and easy-to-use online platform (Konfidens), I offer a safe, encrypted space for our sessions. You don’t need to be "tech-savvy"—you simply click a link to join me in our private virtual room.
