I draw on evidence-based tools (CBT/ACT, attachment informed work, emotion-focused & systemic ideas for couples) without the jargon. Sessions feel like real conversations with structure: we set goals together, track what’s helping, and adapt as we go.
I work with couples and individuals navigating: recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, trust repairs, intimacy struggles, anxiety affecting the relationship, family and in-law boundaries, life transitions, stress and burnout, and reconnecting after rupture.

My way of working is singular, joining as it does clinical experience and the healing of trauma with meditation and mindfulness. Bus-Stop is run by volunteers, which is on a first come first served basis when a volunteer is in attendance through the week. This is a two tier service and is a Free Drop-In for crisis listening and then after assessment of £20, regular counselling will be means tested priced from only £10-£40 per session and we have many therapists available there and in our local private practice with regular Psychotherapy also offered at reasonable rates.
Please Note: My work at The Lifescript Clinic of Harley Street in London, is for corporate clients only. It is priced from over £400 per session, due to location costs and my personal experience level offered, see web site. I also offer some private charitable pro-bono work, at the Drop-In service in CMK.
