Hi, my name is Kelly, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified First Responder Counselor, and have advanced training in EMDR. I help veterans, first responders, and others process stressors and trauma more efficiently using EMDR.
I offer both group and individual Intensives for those wanting to work through traumatic experiences in a short amount of time so they can move forward with their lives more quickly. That said, Intensives are not for everyone, so I offer EMDR sessions in the traditional weekly/biweekly approach as well. Don't feel like EMDR is a good fit? No worries, I have over 17 years of experience providing "talk therapy" so if you'd prefer, we can always talk it out.
