My practice was born from my own healing journey when I figured out I was a "Wounded Healer." My passion for serving others made it difficult to say "no" without guilt. I took on too much by choice, but eventually felt burdened by it all.
Now more than a decade later, I work with individuals who are where I was—feeling stuck in cycles of over-responsibility, chronic self-doubt, and emotional burnout. My clients are therapists, mental health professionals, and coaches—helpers who support everyone but themselves. They’re often high-achieving, deeply empathetic, and secretly exhausted and resentful. I call this the "Healing the Wounded Healer" path, and it’s work I feel honored to take my clients through.
My approach blends Jungian depth work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eastern spiritual traditions to help clients connect with their inner Self—the calm, wise, and grounded essence within them. Whether we’re exploring codependency patterns, spiritual blocks, career misalignment, or the guilt beneath anxiety, I’m here to help you access clarity, healing, and realignment from the inside out.
