If you are anxious and/or burnt out and are looking to go beyond fixing a problem or feeling better, I may be the psychologist for you. Think of me as a mental health personal trainer. I can provide some initial relief but also help you get a deeper understanding of yourself. I use a mix of mindfulness based coping skills and provide a form of cognitive behavioral therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Along with some other approaches, we can work together to help you sustain long-term mental health improvement. I specialize in working with people who identify as perfectionists, high-achievers and people pleasers.
