I help women become more attuned to their emotions (Somatic therapy and Mindfulness), their needs and their values (ACT) so that they can move through life feeling proud of themselves and the life they're living. Through this process, I’ve seen countless women become more calm and confident and start relationships that feel healthy and fulfilling.
