I LOVE playing and no one is better at playing than kids! I have been honored to witness children courageously bear their souls, face their hard life situations, fears, and shadow self (shame/embarrassment/guilt) and therefore bring freedom and creative, helpful ways of living into their lives. Obviously, play therapy looks different online, but with a few toys on each end and a child who feels safe and seen...watch out, they will create, play and process through what they need to without conscious knowledge or effort of doing so.
