I use the Virtual Gastric Band model to enable you to change your mindset and eating habits over about a month's time, then continue to work with and check-in with you over increasingly longer intervals until you get to where you want to be.
I have helped clients lose up to 200 pounds, or as little as that stubborn last 15 that they had been unable to lose.
No diets and you won't feel a sense of deprivation; no "good days" or "bad days," just creating new, sensible eating habits, enjoying your food, exercising, drinking plenty of fluids, and losing 1 or 2 pounds a week for as long as it takes (200 pounds takes between 2 and 4 years).
My program is very successful and clients are surprised and pleased with themselves!

Simple! Not easy. There are many ways to do this; not one. Each person is unique and needs a few ways of changing, so we work on mind, body, spirit. We often work in communities or groups. We do not focus on diagnosis but the person. Strength and flexibility come from inner and other work. There is always room to expand, grow, learn, commune, and replace one thing with a healthier thing. We will also work on practices that support change and focus. Good food is essential. Healthy exercise requires a commitment to our overall well-being. Being in a group can help so many things. Relationships are never easy. We will make learn ways of making good decisions and learn new skills. Freedom from stress/weight is about energy; physical, mental, emotional.
