Self esteem issues are very common and something that can be addressed in therapy. Sometimes childhood trauma may be a root of a lot of core beliefs that diminish our self esteem. Through EMDR therapy, you can experience long term relief and it can change negative beliefs about yourself to positive ones that are true to you while also reprocessing past experiences that may have been the start to it all. I employ Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients rapidly process and resolve underlying traumas or negative beliefs affecting their self-esteem. Additionally, I integrate Attachment-based techniques to explore early relational patterns and foster healthy attachment styles, promoting a sense of security and self-worth. By incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based approaches, I assist clients in challenging self-critical thoughts, developing self-compassion, and cultivating a more positive self-concept.
