I have over 17 years of experience in helping clients with relationship issues, personal growth, trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, abuse, eating disorders, personality disorders and career development. In addition to my MA, I have studied neuroscience, nutrition and epigenetics. I am passionate in making a difference in the lives of my clients. I use a supportive, empathic and holistic approach to help guide our work in a collaborative environment. Counseling services are tailored to each client.
