Open to a more holistic approach to therapy? Feel lost? Feel stuck? Having a hard time coping with a recent trauma? Going through a life transition? Unlike regular talk therapy sessions, which may focus on surface issues and provide short term comfort, my holistic approach dives deeper for longer-term healing. My unique approach addresses the body, mind, and soul as they are all connected in the healing process. I have over 19 years of experience in helping clients with relationship issues, personal growth, trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, narcissistic abuse, addiction, other abuse, eating disorders, personality disorders and career development. In addition to my MA, I have studied neuroscience, nutrition and epigenetics. I am passionate in making a difference in the lives of my clients. I use a supportive, empathic and holistic approach to help guide our work in a collaborative environment. Counseling services are tailored to each client.

Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Developmental Therapy Looks at how childhood and developmental experiences affect current challenges. It aims to repair unmet needs and foster healthy growth.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Neuropsychology Examines how brain function affects thinking, memory, and behavior. It often involves assessment and rehabilitation strategies.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.

I have been practicing for over 19 years and have successfully helped thousands of clients. I help my clients get to the root cause of their issues and work from all angles to help them to make long lasting improvements in their life. I come from an abusive traumatic childhood which led me to many years of therapy and eventually inspired me to become one myself. Then in my adulthood, I suffered through another traumatic event that sent me to the dark night of the soul. Through that healing journey I realized everything is connected and in order for me to heal, I had to evaluate what I was eating, how I was moving my body, who I was interacting with, and add in a mindfulness practice. From this experience, I created the Holistic Approach which I apply with clients today and have much success in changing their lives.
