My goal is to support you while navigating those changes in your life in a safe and nurturing therapeutic relationship where you can gain the skills needed to reach your mental wellness goals. I am an educator, a therapist, and a certified Parent Coach with a specialization in children and families. I have over 20 years of experience working in a variety of settings with a diverse mix of needs which include, speaking fluent teen lol (adolescent therapy), parenting skills, helping separated couples co-parent, family systems, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and defiant behaviors.
We all have challenges that we need to get through. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, open, and honest. I believe that the best work is done in a trusting and nurturing relationship.
