intervention in a hospital setting.
Using a strengths-based and client-centered approach to therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to
address their current difficulties by identifying root causes and individualized goals for change. My goal
is to empower individuals to create a pathway to achieving these goals by developing and
implementing strategies and coping skills that can best help them achieve lasting and meaningful
changes on their terms.
I am a licensed LSW in NJ, working toward LCSW licensure. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in both
Psychology and Anthropology, and my Masters of Social Work from Binghamton University. I utilize an
eclectic approach to therapy, allowing therapeutic experience to be adapted to best suit each
individual’s needs and circumstances. I provide a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space to work
through the change process. Modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational
Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy.
