This social shaming of being sensitive compounds the real and legitimate challenges of being highly sensitive and interacting socially. Our nervous systems are more easily stimulated (and sometimes overwhelmed) by the social and physical environment. So, our work together will include helping you reclaim your true strengths and self-worth, learning to calm your anxiety when it rises, and helping you understand your tendency to be over-stimulated as an inherent trait that needs to be honored, and that comes as a package with some other wonderful gifts that we will illuminate.
