We can sometimes feel overwhelmed by grief, by the loss of a loved one, relationship breakdown, loss of a beloved pet, ours or others' poor health, jobs and careers or financial security amongst other things. These are normal emotions and part of greiving and there is no one way to experience it or indeed a definitive time. Loss can be experienced for weeks or years.
