We work with children as young as 4 years old to older ageing adults who have mental health and or substance use/abuse issues. We also work with adults, couples and families to help improve relationships. I feel like counseling is very important for everyone. I recognize the impact of culture on our identities and experiences and I have enjoyed working with clients from diverse backgrounds at outpatient, community mental health, and university counseling settings.
