I was trained in Advanced clinical Hypnotherapy and as a Breathwork Release Therapist to work with sexual and physical abuse, both childhood sexual abuse and adult sexual abuse like rape and other non consensual abuse. It is important to get to the root or source of our sexual abuse and emotionally release anything in that period of sexual abuse back to the perpetrator(s) in order not to be triggered and project it onto someone or something else, and, not the original sexual abuser(s).
