La infidelidad suele ser una de las experiencias más dolorosas que puede atravesar una persona o una pareja. Tanto quien ha sido traicionado como quien ha sido infiel pueden experimentar culpa, vergüenza, confusión, pérdida de confianza y una profunda crisis personal y relacional.
En terapia acompaño a personas y parejas a comprender qué ha ocurrido, más allá del hecho de la infidelidad. Juntos exploramos las dinámicas del vínculo, las heridas emocionales, las necesidades no expresadas y las decisiones que necesitan tomarse para reconstruir la relación o cerrar esa etapa de la forma más consciente y respetuosa posible.
Como autora de un libro sobre cómo superar una infidelidad y encontrar el propio camino, integro esa experiencia con mi trabajo clínico para ofrecer un acompañamiento cercano, profundo y libre de juicios, respetando siempre la historia y el ritmo de cada persona.
