Registered Psychotherapist, Dr, DPsych, MA Couns, MA Psych, PG Dip Spvn
I believe that suicide is something that can be tackled seriously and confidently and is a spiritual battle which can be due to how someone manifests in the flesh. I believe everyone is a uniques soul who lives n a body and has a spiritual aspect to their humanity and once the soul qualities can be manifest the person with deal more fully and integrate better in society and within relationships that are often at the heart fo suicidal tendencies. I helped 15 suicidal people in my first year of volunteering and showed my system of care and the keys to open the life are available.

If suicidal thoughts are a continual battle, then it's time to seek support. The pain you feel can be overwhelming and all consuming. You are not alone. You are not weak or flawed. You are experiencing a pain, (not always recognised) that you can't cope with. There is a solution for your problem, sometimes more than one.

Many of us have suicidal thoughts at some point in our life. It can help to know that if you are having this experience, you are not alone. Reaching out for help is the first step. Having thoughts about ending your life can feel isolating and shameful, but it's so important to seek support during these darker times. I support my clients with suicidal ideation by working together on risk assessment and a safety plan they can take with them and implement. I also have referral pathways if a client needs more immediate support. Book a free 15 minute phone consult via my website to discuss more.
