It feels like the thoughts won't go away no matter what. I use Expressive Arts Therapy and talk therapy as a way to better understand the story with you. I have experienced, both alone and with clients, that the art making process quiets the negative chatter. I've witnessed client's gaining insight when using art. I've witnessed it move therapy alone faster. However, no client is forced to do art. It is always the client's choice. We move at your pace.
