I have training and experience teaching parenting skills in class and group settings. I have also successfully raised several children myself and am a huge advocate of training parents and children to respect and honor each other and to work together for harmony in the household.

As parents, we want to be the best for our children. However, parenting can be challenging due to societal issues, the quest for emotional and personal safety for our children and shaping them to be independent and able to function successfully in life. In therapy, parenting styles as well as personality styles of children can be addressed to provide a more cohesive and structured approach to parenting your particular child and ensuring you are doing the best job for your children.
Parent coaching is a way to empower you as a parent to show up for your child, no matter the age, in the healthiest way possible.
We highly encourage both parents to participate- blended families are welcome as well.
We offer parent coaching both in person and virtual as an option to include both parents/caretakers no matter their differing schedules

6-8 coaching sessions are recommended in general but we will to cater to your specific needs
Sessions run from 30- 60 minutes depending on the situation
