I am a trauma-informed therapist at AUM Integral Wellness, where I utilize both eastern and western practices to assist in your healing process including ACT, DBT, CBT, Somatic therapies (like yoga, breathwork, and meditation). I earned my Masters of Social Work from Colorado State University and am working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker under the supervision of Ashley Ray, LCSW-S. I am also a certified yoga instructor and have advanced training in trauma recovery.
