I train other therapists internationally in this venue, and practice it both online and in person. I have many resources on my website that can encourage you. Believe me, you haven't "tried everything", as you probably have not tried Schema Therapy and you haven't tried me! Challenge yourself to not give up and not to give in to the prevalent culture of hopelessness. There is more good that can happen than you think, and people aren't zebras.
