I believe therapy should be a supportive and collaborative space where people of all ages feel understood and valued. I provide outpatient psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults, drawing from psychodynamic, CBT, and family systems approaches to support meaningful growth and healing. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience in ways that feel authentic and lasting.

Client Focus

Session Format: Family, Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Children, Senior, Teen

Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
  • Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: Rooted in psychodynamic and relational therapy, my approach focuses on understanding how your history informs current challenges and relationship patterns. I also draw from CBT and Family Systems approaches to provide practical tools for change and support growth within your relationships and daily life.
