For over a decade, I've been helping people remember who they truly are beneath the layers of fear, conditioning, and self-doubt. I’ve supported hundreds of clients through emotional healing, spiritual awakenings, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I've spent years working with people and watching them let go of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and unhealthy relationship patterns all from coming into alignment with their own higher wisdom. My approach blends transpersonal psychology, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help you reconnect with your inner strength and clarity. I believe healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit interweave and all aspects of you begin to work as a team. It's been a huge honor to help people come home to their soul essence and find greater confidence, purpose and meaning.
Because I'm dedicated to helping humans find their inherent freedom and joy, I offer free 30+ minute consultation calls so I can really take the time to get to know you, the challenges you are facing, and your vision to see if we're the right fit to work together.

Treatment Approach
- Contemplative Psychotherapy Combines mindfulness and meditation practices with modern psychology. It encourages awareness and compassion as part of the healing process.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: My approach is heart-centered, intuitive, and integrative. I blend transpersonal and somatic psychotherapy with mindfulness, meditation, and energy psychology techniques to help clients heal on all levels — mind, body, and spirit. I see therapy as a co-creative process, where we listen deeply to both your human experience and your soul’s wisdom.
In sessions, we might explore practical skills like emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and nervous system support, while also diving into the deeper layers of purpose, intuition, and spiritual growth. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing; every person’s path is unique, and my job is to help you discover what alignment looks and feels like for you.
Whether you’re going through a major life transition, rediscovering your sense of self, or simply learning how to live more authentically, our work together will help you feel more grounded, inspired, and connected to the life you’re meant to live.
Reaching out is always the hardest part, which is why I offer free 30+ minute consultations calls so I can really take the time to understand you, your goals and your journey thus far. If during our call I feel I can truly help you, I will be share more about my practice and answer any questions.

My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is both a science and a sacred process. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, spiritual awakening, or just a deep feeling that something in your life is misaligned, therapy is a place to come home to yourself. I work with sensitive, empathic, and intuitive people who often feel too much, think too much, or sense more than they can explain. In a nutshell, we untangle what’s been weighing you down and help you reconnect with your natural clarity, confidence, and sense of meaning.
Our work might include processing old emotional patterns, exploring purpose and identity, healing attachment wounds, or learning to trust your inner guidance again. It might be looking at deep resistance to change, fear of what's next, why you're addicted to your phone, or how to work up the courage to consistently go to gym.
I've helped hundreds of people with issues that span deep into painful trauma and abuse cycles all the way to editing resumes and setting up dating app profiles. I've spent a lot of time on the ground with humans as a therapist, mentor, coach, team leader and advocate.
Sessions are relaxed but intentional — sometimes deep and reflective, sometimes light and laughter-filled. I bring a background in holistic health, Buddhist psychology, energy healing, and transpersonal psychotherapy, and I weave these together with evidence-based approaches to meet you wherever you are on your healing journey.
