Treatment Approach
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: EMDR which is a phased trauma therapy but also used for phobias, anxiety and depression.
I also offer integrative talking therapy which offers space and time to explore the issues you are facing, make sense of them,understand why and how they impact and to find new perspectives and ways of being.

comfortable , to understand how things are for you and to help you to work through them.I offer individual therapy.I am a Supervisor for counselors and have experience in a range of different settings.I work with people from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of issues;such as those referred via employers, students, people experiencing low mood, anxiety, abuse, or struggles in their relationship. EMDR is a therapy treating PTSD and you are welcome to enquire further.I offer a free 20 minute online video or phone call to discuss therapy.
