I very much feel therapy is about my clients journey and I like to help assist their heeling in the most prudent fashion. I have a very direct, but empathetic and compassionate approach. I enjoy working with teens, adults, couples and families who are working through life changes, grief, stress, anxiety, depression or trauma. I understand that every situation is unique, and taking the next step can sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore your needs and work toward meaningful solutions together. If you feel ready to take that first step, I’m here to listen and walk with you on your journey toward positive change.

Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
  • Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: A typical session with me is both supportive and honest. I create a space where you can speak freely, while also helping you slow down and look more closely at what’s really going on beneath the surface. I’ll listen carefully, reflect patterns I notice, and ask direct, thoughtful questions that encourage deeper self-awareness. You can expect compassion without avoidance—I’ll validate your experiences while also gently challenging unhelpful beliefs or behaviors that may be holding you back. Our work balances exploration, insight, and practical tools, so you not only understand yourself better but also leave with clearer ways to move forward. The goal is for you to feel seen, grounded, and meaningfully challenged in a way that supports real growth.

Fees & Insurance

Fees
  • Average Session Fee $175
  • Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
  • I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, regardless of their financial circumstances. To make therapy more accessible, I offer a sliding fee scale based on income and financial need. My standard session rate is $175 for 50 minutes. However, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale rates are determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your household income, expenses, dependents, and other financial obligations. If you're interested in a reduced rate, please let me know during our initial consultation. We'll have a confidential conversation about your financial situation to determine an appropriate fee that works for both of us. This discussion is judgment-free—I understand that financial challenges are real, and I want therapy to be sustainable for you. Sliding scale clients receive the same quality of care, attention, and expertise as all my clients. Your fee does not affect the services you receive or my commitment to your therapeutic progress. Please note that sliding scale availability is limited. If I don't currently have openings at a reduced rate, I'm happy to provide referrals to other affordable therapy options in the community.
Insurance
  • Out of Network
  • I do not currently take insurance, however I am happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Holly Hall, LMFT Practice Description
At various stages in our life we may face new situations, traumas or feelings of sadness, anxiety or stress. It is during these times it can be beneficial to take a step towards helping ourselves, and by being here you are doing just that. I have a Family Systems approach, however I will use all evidenced based practices best suited for my clients. Some common examples are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Psycho Dynamic Therapy. Research has long supported that psychotherapy services are most beneficial when they occur on a regular, weekly basis – particularly during the beginning stages of treatment. Keeping in mind the amount of time (or sessions) it takes to "finish" therapy depends on each individual client and is highly variable. Therapy is most impactful when clients are willing to put in the work, I recognize how difficult this can be. I am here to support you through your journey. I would like to let you know I am considered an out-of- network provider (versus in-network/paneled) as I do not accept insurance at this time. If you have behavioral/mental health insurance benefits (PPO) you may be eligible to submit a claim for reimbursement of out-of- network services. It’s always a good idea to check. If your insurance does have out-of- network benefits, you pay me in full at time of service and upon your request I will provide you with a customized monthly receipt referred to as a Superbill – for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance provider. I make no guarantees about the level of reimbursement you will receive from your insurance company. If you will not be providing a Superbill I will provide you will a Good Faith Estimate.
