With 23 years’ experience, I help people understand why they feel stuck and how to move forward.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, phobias, or patterns that continue despite your best efforts, I offer a calm, structured approach that focuses on what is maintaining the problem.
My work is grounded, practical, and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on coping strategies, we work on the underlying patterns that keep difficulties in place.
Some people notice meaningful change within a small number of sessions. Others choose to work more deeply over time.
If you’re tired of managing and want a clearer way forward, you’re welcome to get in touch.
Client Focus
Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Teen, Young Adult
Treatment Approach
- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
Approach Description: My approach combines hypnotherapy with integrative therapy to work with both what is happening now and the underlying patterns influencing it. Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, we look at how certain responses developed and how they can begin to change.
Hypnotherapy allows the work to go beyond conversation alone, in a calm and focused way, with you fully aware and in control throughout. Sessions are collaborative and paced appropriately, with a clear and structured focus.
Drawing on different approaches means the work can be adapted to what is needed, rather than following a fixed method. This is particularly important when working with long-standing patterns or more complex difficulties.
The emphasis is on understanding what is maintaining the issue and working from there, so that change can develop in a way that is steady and sustainable.
This approach is often helpful when you already have insight into your situation but find that understanding alone has not led to change.

I offer a calm, structured space for people who recognise that something deeper may need attention—whether that’s anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that continue despite efforts to change them.
Many clients arrive having already tried coping strategies or talking therapies, yet still feel stuck. My work focuses on what may be maintaining the problem—patterns and responses that once served a purpose but now limit what’s possible.
I use an integrative approach that draws on hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and structured belief-based work. This allows us to work with both present-day experiences and earlier learning where relevant. Sessions are collaborative, with a steady pace guided by what feels appropriate for you.
Much of my work centres on anxiety, fear responses, trauma, adverse childhood experiences, low confidence, and long-standing patterns that affect how people relate to themselves and others. The focus is on understanding what is happening and working from there.
Clients often describe my style as grounded, steady, and clear. I place value on clarity, emotional honesty, and practical progress.
With 23 years’ experience in practice, I bring both depth and structure to this work, supporting change that is meaningful and sustainable over time.
