Treatment Approach
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Schema Therapy Identifies deep-rooted negative patterns formed in childhood. It combines CBT, attachment theory, and experiential methods for change.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: I provide a warm, empathetic, and trauma-informed space for adults navigating the complexities of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relational struggles. My approach is deeply integrative, moving beyond surface-level symptoms to unpack the profound impact your history and unique nervous system have on your current life and identity.

My practice is dedicated to supporting adults who feel weighed down by the complexities of modern life—whether that manifests as chronic anxiety, the unique hurdles of ADHD, or the lingering echoes of past relational trauma. I believe that therapy is most effective when it moves beyond symptom management to unpack the profound impact your history and unique nervous system have on your identity today.
I provide a warm, deeply empathetic environment where we can explore your internal world with curiosity rather than judgment. By integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychodynamic insights, we work to understand the "parts" of you that have developed survival strategies like perfectionism or co-dependency. To facilitate active healing, I incorporate EMDR to help your brain and body "digest" distressing experiences, allowing you to move from a state of constant high alert toward a life of genuine self-compassion and vitality.
I am committed to providing secure, privacy-compliant care for fellow Canadians via the Jane platform. If you are ready to explore and heal the patterns that no longer serve you, I invite you to book a free 15-minute introductory call to see how we might work together.
