Life can be hard to manage. If you're dealing with relationship issues, work stress, or the pressures of everyday life, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together. We'll look at patterns that keep holding you back and build practical tools to help you create the life you want.
Beyond seeing individual clients, I also work with couples and groups, and I supervise other therapists and trainees in their clinical work.
I'm faculty and a Board member at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies (CMPS), a leading graduate institute in New York and the only one offering a Master's Degree in Psychoanalysis.
Whether you're looking for short-term support or long-term work, you'll find a welcoming, inclusive environment here.

Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Developmental Therapy Looks at how childhood and developmental experiences affect current challenges. It aims to repair unmet needs and foster healthy growth.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Object Relations Therapy Focuses on how early caregiver relationships shape current relationships. It aims to improve patterns of attachment and trust.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
Approach Description: Over many years of practice, I've found that combining different therapeutic techniques—including relational work, attachment-based approaches, cognitive strategies, and somatic awareness—is often most effective. This integration allows me to meet you where you are and use the tools that will serve you best.
