I believe therapy is a place where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin making sense of the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical, and I draw from evidence-based approaches while honoring each person’s values, faith, and unique story. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a space where you can bring your whole self—your struggles, your questions, your strengths, and your hopes—without fear of judgment.
Drawing from person-centered, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), narrative, and attachment-based approaches, I tailor therapy to each individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, strengthen your connection to your values, and build practical tools for navigating life's challenges with greater resilience and self-compassion.
For clients who desire it, I also thoughtfully integrate personal faith into the therapeutic process, honoring both spiritual beliefs and psychological research.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or a season of transition, my goal is to help you experience therapy as a place of safety, insight, and growth. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they discover new ways of living with hope, authenticity, and purpose.
