Are you looking for a space to feel supported, just as you are? I'm radically authentic, down-to-earth, and humorously candid, bringing both lived and clinical experience to real, grounded conversations. I work with women navigating trauma, sexuality and relationships, ADHD, and perimenopause, offering online therapy across British Columbia. As one of the only therapists in the Fraser Valley with advanced training in sex therapy, I bring real depth to this work. I have openings right now and would love to hear from you.

Treatment Approach
- Biopsychosocial Therapy Takes into account biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding mental health. It looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
Approach Description: My approach is simply to meet you as you are and help you feel safe enough to be fully you.
I'm easy to talk to, so much so that people have told me very personal things in the produce section at the grocery store. Colleagues have called me encyclopedic, since I go deep on everything I take on, and that same depth shows up in how closely I listen to you. I can be gentle when you need space to breathe, and direct when you're ready to be challenged, moving between the two as the moment calls for it. When we're together, I meet you with kindness, presence, and a collaborative, strength-based approach, always looking for what's good and strong within you.

BC Therapy Co. is a virtual therapy practice grounded in safety and rooted in care, led by me and supported by a small team of associates. I currently work alongside Em, RCC, who sees clients online for anxiety and trauma and shares the same approach.
We support women of all ages, especially those navigating perimenopause, through mental health, relationships, sexuality, trauma, and ADHD. Our practice also welcomes people of all gender identities and sexual orientations, as well as people living with disability or chronic health conditions.
Therapy here can look like coffee with a wise friend who happens to have the training to back it up, a space where all of you is welcome and it's all okay to talk about. I also offer Approved Clinical Supervision for Registered Clinical Counsellors seeking mentorship and professional growth.
If you're ready for support that meets you where you are, reach out and let's talk.
