I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and understood. With more than 20 years of experience supporting people through various life challenges, I bring a compassionate and practical approach to therapy. I work with adults and couples who are experiencing relationship distress, anxiety, grief, caregiver stress, life transitions, and difficult past experiences. You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. I offer a free, 15-minute consultation to answer any questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Every person and relationship is unique, and I draw from these approaches according to what will work best for you. We'll work together to identify your goals and find out what best works to fit your needs, values, and circumstances.
