Most of us therapists and counselors get into the field because we ourselves have suffered from mental and emotional challenges and life struggles. We want to learn from our experiences and give back to the community, to effectively help in some way. To contribute and create a sense of certainty. We are a small group of experienced licensed therapists who are passionate in making a difference and create hope, happiness, and peace of mind.

We have been in business in Oregon since 2004. We pride ourselves by giving quick and long-lasting results. We use evidence-based tools that have been shown to work. Our approaches have been proven to be effective and have been scientifically proven by more than 25 research articles. We use a combination of Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Coherence Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and approaches discovered in Interpersonal Neurobiology. We offer a safe and compassionate setting for you. One of our goals is for you to feel heard, safe, and understood in your very first session.
