I see counselling as a transformative journey that can positively transform the way you both see and experience yourself and also relate to others. I am currently focused on providing short-term counselling which would generally range between 8 and 10 sessions in total.
I am an experienced and dedicated counsellor of 12 years' standing and I work with a broad range of issues and welcome a diversity of clients. We work together so you can find relief from emotional distress, build self-awareness and access inner resources with the ultimate aim of improving your overall quality of life .
The counselling process is a rich opportunity to constructively evolve and increase your personal choice and freedom. It promotes fresh insights about yourself, the people and the circumstances of your life, thereby offering you a pathway to nourishing experiences both in and outside the counselling roorm.
Over the years I have practised as a counsellor I have consistently established supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationships with a diverse range of individuals, each with their unique story characterised by their particular circumstances and challenges.

Treatment Approach
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
Approach Description: My approach is described as integrative as I draw on both psychodynamic and humanistic theory and practice.
For example, I work with clients to expand their self -awareness and understanding of factors they may be less conscious of that are influencing their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Moreover, I explore with clients how past experiences and the nature and dynamics of significant relationships are impacting their present.
Client’s Increased awareness overall provides them with valuable opportunities to make positive and meaningful changes in their relationships and quality of life going forward.
