With over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, I bring an understanding of how leadership demands, workplace cultures, and systems of responsibility can impact mental health and emotional well-being. My work sits at the intersection of mental health, leadership experiences, and cultural context, with attention to how culture, migration, intergenerational expectations, and identity influence stress, coping patterns, and relationships. I approach therapy as a collaborative and respectful process that recognizes each person’s strengths while offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore emotional experiences, develop insight, and support meaningful, gradual change aligned with your values and lived experience.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychodrama A group therapy that uses role-play and dramatization to process emotions. It helps clients gain perspective and release tension.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.

My client-centered approach combines traditional talk therapy and body-focused techniques that support you in becoming more aware of the integration between your mind, body and spirit. By enhancing awareness of how your body acts as a gateway into understanding past emotional wounding and trauma, as well as old thought patterns that keep you feeling stuck, it can provide you with new opportunities to learn healthier ways of managing the constant changes and challenges in your life.
As a Registered Psychotherapist trained from Transformational Arts College, I offer various modalities throughout our sessions that are focused on your unique experiences and goals. These modalities may include, but are not limited to: focusing/mindfulness, guided imagery, meditation, inner child work, inner critic work, intuitive somatic inquiry, cognitive behavioural therapy techniques, sub-personalities dialoguing, chakra therapy, energy work, and body psychotherapy.
I am committed to honouring you as an individual, fostering an environment that makes you feel safe in your vulnerability and gently challenging you to dig deeper when the moment calls for it.
In my own personal journey, I've experienced a series of losses and traumatic events where self-love, self-care and self-acceptance came at the expense of unhealthy relationships, symptoms of anxiety and depression, and various health issues. Today, as I live my most authentic life, my mission is to act as a catalyst for engaging you on your own path of conscious healing. I bring with me to every session my compassion, empathy and presence to support your journey.
If what you have read resonates with any part of you, I invite you to connect with me for a 20-minute consultation. In this initial conversation, together we can assess if we could be the right fit for each other.
I look forward to connecting with you.
